About Us

The Association of Bridal and Formal Attire Retailers (ABFAR) was started through the efforts of several small business owners that felt the need to partner with other bridal and social occasion salons to work on issues facing our industry.  Our hope is that we will work together with our manufacturers and other industry partners to establish ethical and responsible standards for the operation of our full service bridal and social occasion salons and that we will provide support to each other through training and networking.
